Chromium 117.0.5938.62

We upgraded Chromium to 117.0.5938.62.

In particular, this version contains a fix for the critical security issue CVE-2023-4863: Heap buffer overflow in WebP.

Quality enhancements

• Fixed the crash when requesting the printing capabilities while browser is navigating to another page.
• Fixed the crash when a printer doesn’t provide the default DPI value.
