Quality enhancements 

• Removed dependency to the Undertow library.
• Saving XML repeatedly with window.showSaveFilePicker doesn’t throw the File picker already active error anymore.
• Fixed flickering when showing/hiding the browser view in the hardware accelerated mode on Windows.
