Breaking changes 

The minimum Kotlin version for the Compose Desktop integration has been raised from 2.0.0 to 2.3.20. The minimum Compose version has been raised from 1.7.3 to 1.10.3. Update your build configuration to these versions before upgrading to JxBrowser 9.0.1.

Chromium 147.0.7727.138 

We upgraded Chromium to a newer version, which introduces 30 security fixes. Among them:

• CVE-2026-7363: Use after free in Canvas
• CVE-2026-7361: Use after free in iOS
• CVE-2026-7344: Use after free in Accessibility
• CVE-2026-7343: Use after free in Views
• CVE-2026-7333: Use after free in GPU

Quality enhancements 

• Fixed a crash that occurred on macOS 26.4.1 when creating an Engine.
• Fixed a crash that occurred on macOS when triggering the screen capture dialog.
• Fixed an issue where dragging content from Chromium to a Compose Desktop component produced stale or missing drag data on the first drag attempt.
