Any header can be set except these reserved ones, which the transport sets itself (compared case-insensitively): Accept, Accept-Encoding, Connection, Content-Length, Host, Keep-Alive, Proxy-Authenticate, Proxy-Authorization, TE, Trailer, Transfer-Encoding, Upgrade, User-Agent.
