Narrows what session.clearCodeCaches() drops.

The URLs whose compiled code is dropped. Every URL is affected when omitted, and none when empty.

Each entry names one URL exactly rather than a prefix, but it need not be written canonically: entries are normalized before they are matched, so https://example.com matches the code cached for https://example.com/.
