Authorized Licenses

This page outlines the authorized licensing programs available to TeamDev distributors and resellers. Our licensing structure is designed to clearly differentiate between Distribution and Resale activities, enabling you to choose the right approach for your business objectives.

Who is the Distributor?

A Distributor is a company authorized by TeamDev to distribute TeamDev Licenses to end users or resellers.

To become a Distributor, your company must have a signed Software Distribution Agreement with TeamDev. Only companies with an official agreement are permitted to redistribute TeamDev products. Please note that TeamDev’s distribution program allows resale of only certain product licenses — these eligible products and license types are defined under our licensing framework (see the table below for the specific licenses available to Distributors).

Who is Reseller?

A Reseller is a company authorized to sell TeamDev product licenses directly to end users, acting as a channel partner in our sales process.

The Reseller often provides value-added services — such as local consulting, billing in local currency — to make it easier for end users to purchase TeamDev’s tools.

Becoming an authorized Reseller requires a signed Reseller Agreement with TeamDev.

Only approved resellers with a signed agreement can resell TeamDev licenses. As with the distribution program, only specific TeamDev product licenses can be resold — see the table below for the licenses available to Resellers under our licensing framework.
